Pastry Chef/ Owner
After graduating Culinary School, Chef Anthony worked in various New
Orleans restaurants, finishing his apprenticeship at the Fairmont New
The Fairmont provided a great training ground for Anthony, where he was
schooled in all facets of becoming a well rounded chef. After a stay of eight
years at the hotel, four of which he occupied the position of Executive
Pastry Chef, he continued on to open the pastry program at Harrah’s
Casino and Hotel, also in New Orleans.
The casino allowed the chef to create a program from the ground up,
creating cakes, breads and pastries for the many venues on property as
well as for some other close restaurants in the area.
Chef Anthony is the proud father of 2 beautiful girls Maiya and Isabella and
now resides in Ponchatoula with his high school sweetheart and business
partner Christie Delpidio. He knows the importance of commitment and
quality, and strives to provide personal service with a great attitude toward
all that come into the shop.
